These lights are not like anything I've used before. They are very functional for areas accessed occasionally and for short amounts of time such as an attic, basement storage room, or a tool shed. They could also be used for an auxiliary entry or a back door. There are two complete lights with mounting and remotes for each. The lights have a cool look. They're fairly heavy, due mostly to the deep heat fins on the back. The cord is quite short but at only 1.25 amps almost any extension cord will do if it's grounded. The mounting hook screws into the center of the back and is very heavy duty. There is also a stiff wire with a small carabiner that I guess is a safety tether. There are no batteries (AAA) provided for the remotes. There's a small wall mount for each remote and screws are provided. In use, the lights are cool. At full strength they are very bright. The light emitted is stark at 5000k, but that's great for the areas I listed above. Brightness can be adjusted easily on the remote. The motion sensing function works well at about 20 feet from 15 feet up. Outside the 20 feet the motion sensing is not as sensitive but aggressive motion will set turn it on. The 1st motion setting turns bright for 90 seconds then dim for 5 minutes. The 2nd setting is bright for 90 seconds but stays on dim until turned off. I don't know how useful that is. They can also just be operated manually with the remote.Installation is simple with the hook. Anything can be used to suspend them. The safety hook is short so installation must be close to use it. They do throw some heat, but it's not a problem. The diffused light penetrates into shadows better than undiffused, but some brightness is sacrificed.I have one installed in a utility shed and it's great. I adjusted the brightness down a bit and it's perfect. I step inside and the light turns on instantly. I grab my tools and close the door and the light turns itself off.For the money, I really like these lights. They're a good value and built well.
Picture was taken at dark, good brightness out to about 40ft, significantly shorter than UFO lights with clear lenses. I have no complaints with build quality, the heatsinks are cast and well made, there are rubber gaskets around the lenses, the construction is quite good. They come pre-wired for a 120vac outlet, which is really nice if you‘re equipped for it. Mounting is a cinch, since these have hook bolts with threaded screws and safeties (so they can hook to eye bolts or grab c-purling). They’re even well priced. My complaint is the diffuse lens, it really stifles the throw to the point where they‘re on par with fluorescent lights. If they’d include an optional clear lens, they‘d be a 5 star, easy. Otherwise, I’d recommend these if you‘re looking for less crisp light, more smooth, but already setup for UFO lights. If you want really bright, go clear lens.
These 150W high bay lights are incredibly bright and perfect for a garage or shop. They don‘t require wiring just plug them into an outlet. The motion sensor and remote make them super convenient, and the dimming feature is a nice touch. Easy to install and built tough-great value for the price. They will really light up the darkness. Mounting hardware is included.
These 150W UFO LED high bay lights with motion sensors are a fabulous addition to our barn. These are not SMART lights because there is no Bluetooth or WIFI connectivity. They are great IP65 waterproof and dustproof lights, and they are very bright, but they are not smart lights. They look nice and they're extremely easy to install with everything needed included in the box (no hanging chain included if you plan to hang them). No wiring is needed either, they are plug and play with an AC 110V-120V 3-pronged grounded plug end that's ready to plug into a standard household outlet. This 2-pack is a good deal for the money for less than $120. The quality is super; all-aluminum housing designed with tall rear thickened fins for optimal cooling because they do get warm while on for a long period of time. There are two motion sensor modes, mode 1 or mode 2. I like mode 1 best, because the light turns off automatically after 5 minutes of no motion, but after the first 90 seconds it dims to 30% with no motion, then off after 5 minutes with no motion. Mode 2 is a bit goofy to me because it comes on automatically when motion is detected, but you have to manually turn it off or it will stay on. I don't see the point of this option at all myself, but mode one is perfect for us. The motion sensors work flawlessly, and they detect motion from up to 16-feet high, with a radius of approximately 43 feet in diameter. The included remotes (one for each light) work well to make changes as needed from the ground. The remote allows complete control of all functions, like turning the lights on/off, dimming or brightening from 10% to 100%, selection of motion sensor modes 1 or 2, and motion sensor off mode. When on, the lights are stable with no flickering, delays, or strange noises emitting from the lights. I am very happy with these durable and well-built lights, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
I installed the Smart Shop Lights 150W UFO LED high bay lights in my garage/workshop, and the brightness is genuinely impressive. The 18,000 lumens per light easily lights up the entire space with a clean 5000K daylight tone, making it much easier to work on detailed projects. The build feels solid, and the IP65 waterproof rating gives some confidence for use in semi-outdoor or damp environments. Installation was straightforward with the included mounting hardware, and both lights powered up without any issues. The multi-function remote is a nice feature and adds convenience, especially the ability to dim from 10% to 100%. It’s useful to adjust brightness depending on what I‘m doing-full power for projects, lower settings for general use. The beam spread is wide and evenly distributed, with no noticeable dark spots in my garage. Heat management also seems good so far; the fixtures don’t run excessively hot during extended use. That said, the remote feels a bit basic and occasionally requires a couple of presses to respond. Also, while the lights are advertised as-smart, there isn‘t any app or Wi-Fi integration, so everything is strictly remote-controlled. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you expect full smart-home connectivity.Overall, this is a strong value for the price, especially if you need powerful, reliable lighting for a garage, shop, or warehouse-style space. I’d comfortably recommend it for anyone prioritizing brightness and coverage over advanced smart features.
These 150W Micware high bay lights deliver impressive brightness at 18,000 lumens, easily transforming a dim garage or workshop into a well-lit, productive space. The 5000K daylight tone is crisp without feeling harsh, making it ideal for detail-oriented tasks. Installation is straightforward, and the build quality feels durable, especially with the IP65 rating offering confidence in more demanding environments. The included remote and sensor add genuine convenience-dimming from 10% to 100% allows for flexible use, whether you need full illumination or just enough light for quick tasks. Motion sensing is responsive and helps reduce unnecessary energy use. Overall, a strong option for anyone looking to upgrade their workspace lighting with both power and control.
