Bright Outdoor Light With Solid Coverage.

This LED parking lot light is very bright and does a great job lighting up a large outdoor area. The daylight color is crisp and clear, making it ideal for spaces like a driveway, barn area, or parking lot where visibility really matters. The dusk-to-dawn photocell is convenient and worked as expected, turning the light on automatically at night and off during the day.The build feels sturdy and weather-ready, and installation with the slip fitter mount was straightforward if you're familiar with outdoor fixtures. It should hold up well against rain and outdoor conditions.

SUPER Bright and lots of coverage!

This light will go up once I have an opportunity to plant a mounting pole in the ground, to cover the parking pad in my back yard (inner city alley parking). The ground is currently frozen so that will wait until spring. The light is made of a cast pot metal like most similar products. The back of the head has many deep fins for heat dissipation. The top side has a photo sensor (light sensor) so that the light can be left powered all the time and automatically come on during dark hours, or you can apply a small plastic cap to always trigger the photo sensor in the on position, allowing you to control the light with a remote switch. The base is sized for a 2-1/2" internally wired pole. The four mounting bolts hold it securely in place, but I would suggest using an anti-seize compound on the threads to help reduce galvanic corrosion, and ease of future maintenance. The installation process is easy and well planned with adjustability for direction and pitch. When I plugged this unit into my plug in socket meter it indicated the light was pulling 153w at 1.35amp. This is just above the stated rating but within reasonable tolerance. This lamp provide plenty of light and distribution for it's purpose. I think it's very reasonably priced, as long as it holds up to a few years of regular use. Time will tell.

I've tried the rest - This is the best.

I‘ve bought a bunch of these big outdoor lights over the years and most feel like thin tin cans with a prayer holding the LEDs in. Not this DEMILARE. The second I pulled it out of the box I could tell it‘s the real deal. Thick die-cast aluminum, heavy as heck, real glass lens, bronze finish that actually looks like it’ll stay nice for years. Feels like the commercial stuff I used to see on factory poles back in the day. I climbed the ladder and hand-tested it at about ten feet just to see what I was dealing with. Flipped the switch on my extension cord and whoa, 18,000 lumens of pure 5000K daylight slapped me in the face. My whole backyard lit up and shadows ran for cover. Couldn’t stop grinning. Next weekend I‘m mounting it to the peak of my shop at 17 feet and I already know the neighbors are gonna have something to say. The dusk-to-dawn sensor works perfect, quick-connect wiring made testing a breeze, and the adjustable arm should lock solid wherever I point it. A few other folks said the same thing about how beefy and bright it is compared to the cheap stuff at the big box stores and they’re dead right. For what this thing costs I figured I’d be compromising somewhere. Nope. This is legit commercial-grade that showed up at my door for garage-builder money. Five stars all day (Night). My backyard‘s about to get glorious.

We Feel So Secure!

We installed this light in our driveway even though it's labeled as a parking lot light, and it has been incredible! The brightness is perfect - it completely transformed what used to be a spooky, dark area into a well-lit and welcoming space. The dusk-to-dawn feature works flawlessly, and it's saving us money on electricity too. We all feel so much more secure now. Highly recommend!

Very bright

This light is very well made, with a metal casing that protects the LEDs. This light was easy to install (by an electrician). Instead of installing on the outside wall of the building, we chose to place it under the covered entrance. Because that area is at the top of the stairs and overlooking a parking area, the whole area is very well illuminated by this lamp. It is very bright, and the light reaches to the parking area and all the way to the street at the front end. And that door is in the brightest spot! We love it. Highly recommend

Well made

It is very bright. It is also well made with quality parts. The cap that covers the light sensor (if you are using it as a switched light) will probably deteriorate over time. You do get a spare cap. I like that it is made with a connector that allows you to attach the bracket and then attach the light, which is a lot easier than if it was all one piece. You will want a pipe with an OD of about 2 5/8" to mount it, which is not a common size. The directions show a version that has a wall mount, but this listing does not show it as an option.

Heavy Duty, Built To Last -- Recommended --

The is perhaps the best metal street light I have handled. It is very well made, has a very easy way to install and comes with an optional Dusk-to-Dawn functionality. The materials feel truly substantial, with the kind of attention to detail that tells me this is a good fixture. Specifically, I am speaking of the mounting hardware being so beefy and the quick-connect shown in the junction of the bracket end and the fixture (see images). This makes it much easier to set the bracket onto the pole and get it all wired-up without the fixture itself being in the way. Then when the bracket is wired and securely mounted one need only connect the fixture to the base with the two screws to make it fast. The Dusk-to-Dawn sensor is affixed on the back of the fixture and comes with a cap to cover it if you wish to use the light in mixed lighting or full daylight conditions. There is also a spare cap for the light sensor should the original get lost of damaged. (see image)The LEDs are impressively bright and show no signs of flicker or an uneven read. This is an entirely believable commercial/professional fixture and would look appropriate on a municipal pole or in your yard. It has more than sufficient light for area surround ing the barb-door to include the stock trailer and all the area needed to load horses in the early morning before dawn, should that ever be a thing you're doing...The fixture is a traditional, hard-wired street/parking lot light with no remote control or app needed. Just wire it to a switch or to a circuit that can be controlled easily from the breaker panel. This light is very efficient at only 150 watts of draw, while providing 18,000 lumens.Myself, this is exactly the kind of fixture I would recommend to a neighbor or a friend who might be buying for the local church, because this fixture looks like an outstanding value for any group or individual's budget. It is in fact good enough for some municipal applications as well, in my opinion.

Super Bright, Heavy duty and Beautiful-C Lights Up Our Entire Front Yard! ??

We installed this 150W LED light on top of the roof in front of our house, and wow - it completely lights up the whole neighborhood! The brightness is amazing, strong, and evenly spread, making our half-acre front yard look like daylight at night. The dusk-to-dawn sensor works perfectly, automatically turning on and off without us having to worry about it.It's such a great quality light, feels very durable, and looks beautiful once installed. Perfect for large spaces like yards, driveways, or parking areas. We absolutely love it - an excellent value and a great purchase overall!

Commercial quality D-to-D LED light, NO UL or ETL, but still recommended!

This dusk to dawn light is extremely well built, very durable, heavy duty ALL metal (thick, sturdy, durable aluminum - with bronze powder coating) housing and adjustable slip mount. This light is so much brighter than our old halogen light. It will also save us a lot of energy costs too; this one is only 150W vs the old halogen light that was 500W. We got this to replace the D-to-D light on our barn, and I am so glad I did! This light is so bright, that I couldn't really get a great picture when it was on, because my camera shutter kept trying to close up (see pics). 18,000 lumens of 5000k daylight LED bulbs put out a massive amount of fabulous light. This light was much better than I expected when I ordered it, and at under $70 for a commercial grade light, it is a really great value for the money! They also included even the Allen wrench/hex head tool needed to get it installed easily and quickly (see pics). It is a very straight forward installation process. The adjustable slip mount measures 2.36" inside diameter if mounting it to a round pole. The light mount is also easily adjustable up to 180 degrees and secures well with included screws when you get it to the right angle of lighting for your application. The built in photocell sensor works well, it will automatically come on at dusk and automatically goes off at dawn (just make sure to remove the protective cap over the sensor before installation - see pics). The light is also IP65 waterproof so bring on the rain and snow! I will note that there is no UL listing or ETL listing identified on this light, so it doesn't appear to have been third party lab tested for safety. If this is important for you, this may not be the right light for you to get... I am just pointing it out, so you aren't surprised if you order it (see picture of decals on the light). If it were listed with UL or ETL, it would normally let you know that on the decal, and in the item description. For a light this impressively made, I personally believe the company has had a lot of experience building lighting safely. If I encounter any problems or issues, I will update my review. I am happy and impressed with this light, it is very heavy duty, and I am comfortable recommending it!

Very Impressive Quality

This light is pretty incredible. Much larger and better quality than I expected to be honest. It is solid metal and very heavy duty. It comes with the wiring to hard wired it in so you can use a light switch. Alternatively, you can wire it to a 15amp plug in adapter and get power to it that way if the light switch option is not available where you need the light to be. (That is what I did).It is VERY bright. We are using it as a deterrent for predators on our farm but would also be very nice in a workshop or garage.Overall, this hits all the marks for a great product and I do not hesitate to recommend it!

Bright and auto on/off

I got this light to replace an old porch light that I have mounted on the top of a wood post. I thought this would be a good option because it was both automatic and LED lighting. The existing light was just a simple light connected to a light switch, and it had been using an outdoor light bulb.Installing this was pretty simple and I didn't need any special tools or expertise to do so it was pretty much self-explanatory. I love the automatic on/off function and the brightness from this light.I'm very satisfied with this and I am glad I decided to use it to replace the old porch light.

Bright and easy to install

This is a bright, easy to install- once you buy a mount arm/base of some sort, there are tons of options- and if you are somewhat familiar with electrical wiring. You could either wire a plugged cord to it and use it that way or its easy enough to wire to a switched source as well- if you can wire one end, you should be able to wire the other. Inexpensive and works great!

perfect for parking area

The dusk to dawn photocell is a game changer no more manual switching needed, and the light automatically turns on off as needed. The 5000K color temp is perfect for our parking area, providing bright and clear illumination that's easy on the eyes.Installation was a breeze, and the slip fitter pole mount makes it easy to adjust the light direction. The build quality is top notch, with a sturdy IP65 waterproof rating that can withstand harsh outdoor conditions. Would highly recommend these lights for commercial or residential use they're a cost effective and energy efficient solution for outdoor lighting needs

Excellent Outdoor Lighting

This 150W LED parking lot light is everything I needed for bright, reliable outdoor illumination. It delivers an impressive 18,000 lumens at 5000K daylight - perfect for lighting up our driveway and barn area with crisp, clear visibility. It easily replaced our old 500W metal halide fixture and is already saving us on energy costs. The dusk-to-dawn photocell sensor works flawlessly, turning the light on and off automatically. I appreciate the option to disable it with the included cap if needed. Installation was straightforward thanks to the quick-connect design, and the adjustable arm made it easy to aim the light exactly where we needed it.The build quality is outstanding. The die-cast aluminum housing feels solid and durable, and the IP65 waterproof rating gives me confidence it will hold up through rain, snow, and whatever else the seasons throw at it. It's been running smoothly and consistently since day one.Highly recommend this light for anyone needing dependable, high-performance outdoor lighting for parking lots, barns, churches, or large driveways. Great product and excellent value!

Excellent lighting upgrade for my outbuilding!

This light is exactly what I needed to brighten up one of my outbuildings. The illumination is very impressive, super bright, crisp white light that easily covers a large area.Installation was straightforward, and the built-in dusk-to-dawn sensor works flawlessly. The housing feels durable and weatherproof, which is great for Michigan winters.Overall, it's a solid, energy-efficient upgrade that makes a huge difference in visibility and safety around the property. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious outdoor lighting.

Bright light, but have assorted metric allen wrenches handy

This is a very bright light. It feels well made and sturdy. It does include the allen wrench needed to adjust the angle, but you need two other sizes (not included) to mount it to a pole and to attach the light panel to the mount. While bright, it's not a very wide beam angle. I also don't love the way to disable the light sensor - there's just a plastic cap that you put over the sensor. It's not a very tight fit, so if you want to block off the sensor, I'd recommend gluing that cap in place so that it doesn't come off over time outdoors.

Very bright, high quality parking lot style flat panel light.

I got this to replace one of the wall pack lights that I have on my shed, I prefer the brightness of these flat panel style parking lot lights to the wall pack lights. The wall packs are handy for general illumination, but when you want a nice bright dedicated area to be lit these are the lights you want to go for. This is exceptionally bright and lights up the area immediately in front of my outbuilding keeping me safe at night. I love that it has a light sensor so I can hook it up to a permanently energized circuit so it will just turn itself on and off as necessary from dusk to dawn. Just make sure to get a building mount unless you plan to mount this on the top of a pole.

Hallelujah, I Saw The Light And It Was Good!

Hallelujah! As a veteran electrician, I see lighting fixtures on a regular basis, and I can confirm that this light truly does and is what it claims. The build quality is excellent and offers a significant price discount compared to comparable fixtures at the big box stores.?Technical Quality and LongevityI am particularly impressed with the specs being within range. The video shows a measured current draw of 1.34A at 120V (160.8W), which is very close to the 1.25A (150W) rating - a solid sign of a well-engineered product. I especially appreciate the generous heat sink on the back. Heat is the enemy of LEDs and drivers, and this heat management design will certainly prolong the life of the fixture.?Features and Installation TipsThe flexible head is a super nice feature for installation and aiming the light, and the integrated photocell works great for dusk-to-dawn operation.?I have two professional tips for installation:?Photocell Cap Security: I recommend putting a dab of clear silicone on the edge of the black photocell cap to secure it if you choose not to use the photocell. This prevents it from potentially falling off in heavy wind or due to wildlife (like a crow). ?Crucial Safety Tip (NEC Code): You MUST properly ground the pole or fixture mount where the light will be attached. This is required by NEC code for safety. The pole has the potential to become energized, and proper grounding is essential to avoid shock or electrocution. Use the proper fittings and ensure a safe, secure ground connection for your setup.?This is a well-built, high-performing light I highly recommend.
